Welcome to Neon City's page! The virtual reality project is an Advanced Games Project for the 2022 - 2023 academic year currently under development.

Director Ingram Mao and Lead Producer Lloyd Campbell III lead a team of talented, passionate students who want to build an emergent world creator. Players can "create" and experience meaningful, immersive situations of their designed situation in virtual reality.

The specific platform for Neon City is PCVR for Oculus Meta Quest 2 [with consideration of future standalone mobile VR platform].
